BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR – AGRO BUSINESS
It is the world’s leading producer of natural based olechemical products with several production sites and service centers in America, Europe and Asia. Headquartered in Malaysia, it is a joint venture between a leading chemical producer and distributor in Thailand with, the world’s largest producer of palm oil. In line with its growth, the company now seeks a credible individual to carry on the role of Business Development Director for its Agro Business division.
Responsibilities
• Management and development of overall Agro business unit portfolio
• Lead the development and implementation of Agro BU global strategy in close coordination with Operations, R&D and supporting functions to maximize short, medium and longer term profitability returns
• Responsible for finding and developing new business opportunities within the Agro BU portfolio
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in the Agro industry
• Work effectively and cooperatively with others, both internally and externally. Enhances collaboration across sales, marketing services, R&D and production.
• Promotes and identifies new ideas and approaches and processes that drive business results.
