For a global market leader in the FMCG Industry, we are looking for High Potentials to further strengthen the companies competitive advantage in the world.

Our client offers a top nodge career in Finance; you will be part of the Management Development Program.

You will be appointed as business analyst, you directly report to the CFO and work closely with the Business Unit CFO, Corporate Control, and the Business Unit’s F&A team. You are capable to develop business cases for big projects and is responsible for economic analyses of business opportunities. You know the importance of risk analyses when making important decisions.

The successful Business Analyst will be part of diverse project teams and will advise the board about results that arises from the analyses and the risks that come along with the business. You have knowledge of the latest developments and can assist the global management team with their strong need for a consolidated dashboard of information containing data and analysis on:

Local, Regional and Global P&L; Cash flow, Treasury Sales revenue forecast & pipeline; Cost price analysis, etc.

This Business Analyst will be a key member to the global management team. A high potential with opportunities to further grow within the organization.
The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Periodically collect data from the various global regions/countries/branches;
  • Establish strong analysis models in Excel/Access (or through other related systems) that can be used to consolidate the various data elements;
  • Interpret the data collected, pro-actively communicate with the various regions and signal areas that require attention;
  • Build a consolidated dashboard which can be used by global/regional management to manage the business short-, medium- and long term;
  • Be a solid member of the global management team and participate in frequent management meetings where the Business Analyst will need to present and interpret key data;
  • If required travel to regions, countries to conduct interim audits or participate in specific projects.
