As part of our continued growth we are looking for a Resourcer within the Eindhoven Recruitment Division Sales & Marketing.
The role of Resourcer is to generate high value candidates and client information for Robert Walters Sales & Marketing Division. This will include:
- New candidates, previously not in our network (database)
- Existing candidates, previously not spoken to for a period of 6 months
- Direct searches, assisting a consultant on a specific search
- Identifying new client contacts and providing contact details for relevant consultants
Working within a young, successful and expanding team the role of consultant is responsible for:
Business Analysis of market opportunities and subsequent business planning
Acquisition of new and existing business & candidate relationships with from line to board level
Project Co-ordination of recruitment assignments through the full project life cycle, specifically:
- Analysis and Discovery: Identification of key needs and requirements in close working with clients & candidates
- Delivery: translating requirements into a delivery milestones with exceptional speed and quality
- Account management of running projects ranging from benchmarking, status reporting and contract management.
