As a Reporting Officer, you are responsible for delivering reliable financial information and timely regulatory reports. You will work in a dynamic setting where accuracy and improvement go hand in hand, and where you are encouraged to take ownership and expand your skill set.
What will you do as a Reporting Officer?
- Prepare periodic financial and regulatory reports for pension funds, insurers, investment funds, and external stakeholders such as accountants, auditors, and regulators
- Act as a point of contact for clients, collecting and coordinating required information and documentation
- Identify potential improvements and translate insights into practical enhancements of services and processes
- Stay informed about relevant market and technical developments
- Work closely together with colleagues from different teams to continuously improve service delivery
What do you bring?
- A completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a financial, economic, or quantitative discipline
- Preferably experience or knowledge related to securities or financial services
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of numbers
- Excellent command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as German, is considered a plus
- A proactive, resilient attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently while remaining client‑ and team‑focused
- Availability of at least 32 hours per week
