Commercial Director Leasing

As Commercial Director Leasing, you will lead and inspire a team responsible for the leasing of residential, commercial properties and flexible space. You will develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue growth, and tenant satisfaction. This is a senior leadership role, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on management.

Candidate Profile:

You are a proven commercial leader with previous experience of having led a customer-focused team in business services/real estate. You thrive in dynamic, results-driven environments, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership.

• Proven commercial leader in business services or real estate, ideally within the Dutch market.
• Experience in leasing residential and commercial properties is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management/influencing skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders.
• Resilient, solutions-driven, and effective in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Drive, ambition, and a customer-first mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Significant experience in real estate leasing, preferably in residential and/or commercial assets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, managing team(s) in commercial or customer-facing environments.
• Knowledge of lease contracts, market trends, and legal/commercial regulations in the Dutch market.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management/influencing skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders
• Resilient, solutions-driven, and effective in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Drive, ambition and customer-first mindset .
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
