Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Manager - Leveraged Finance - with strong expertise in leveraged finance to join an international bank. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, approving, and monitoring complex leveraged finance transactions within a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess new credit proposals and review existing leveraged finance transactions
• Analyze financial models, cash flow projections, and covenant structures
• Prepare clear and well-structured credit recommendations for internal committees
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify emerging risks

Your Profile

• Experience in Credit Risk and Leveraged Finance
• Strong analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of complex financing structures
• Excellent communication skills in English
