For a financial institution based in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a interim compliance officer. Within this role you will report directly to the chief compliance officer of the group. Experience with AML frameworks and data protection/GDPR are a pré. Start: ASAP. Duration: >6 months.
Requirements Interim Compliance Officer:
- A relevant academic background (legal, business administration);
- At least 5 years experience working in compliance, AML and/or data protection;
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a pré;
- At least 3 years experience working in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities Interim Compliance Officer:
- Identify, assess, monitor and report compliance, AML and data protection risks;
- Prepare and submit local compliance reports to Group Compliance, incl. Head of Data Protection and the Group MLRO;
- Performance of the annual local compliance risk assessment;
- Support the first line in the work to answer and execute various GDPR requests;
- Establish and perform/administer staff training in compliance, AML and data protection related areas.
