Interim Manager Investor Services

Currently we are recruiting for a Dutch-speaking Interim Manager Investor Services for an international fund services organization near Utrecht. Do you have management experience in a team focussed on investor services/relations? Are you also available for a freelance assignment in short notice? Please keep reading!

Responsibilities as Interim Manager Investor Services:

• Manage the team (+/- 15 FTE) and work flow and the personal development of the team members;
• Frequent contact with clients, investors and third parties;
• Monitor and sign off KYC / Customer Due diligence for all clients and investors (working closely together with the compliance team);
• Co-author of procedures (e.g. client acceptance, KYC/CDD procedures, etc.) in close cooperation with Compliance and Internal Audit Team;
• Responsible officer for FATCA and CRS;
• Onboarding and compliance officer new clients and investors

Requirements to the Interim Manager Investor Services:

• Experience with managing (a) team(s) focussed on investor services, investor relations, shareholder services, shareholder administration or transfer agency services;
• Experience with first line risk/compliance matters;
• Experience with investment service systems like Mantra;
• Stakeholder management skills;
• Strong language skills in English and Dutch, verbally and written.

Formalities applicable on the role as Interim Manager Investor Services;

• Assignment on freelance (ZZP) contract;
• Start: as soon as possible;
• Duration: initially till the end of 2023 (possibly longer);
• Location: Utrecht area (hybrid way of working);
• Hourly rate: depending on level of seniority.
