Interim IT Financial Analyst

For a trading company in Amsterdam we are currently looking for an Interim IT Financial Analyst. Within this role you will be part of the Data Center Engineering team. Your main focus will be to ensure that all relevant (financial) administration is matching the physical reality by means of linking every invoice to a service in the IT environment. Requirements Interim IT Financial Analyst:

• >5 years experience as an interim professional in the field of accounting or accounts payable;
• Experienced with IT asset management and supplier & contract database;
• Excellent communication skills. English fluency is required, Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory management and financial management software.

Responsibilities Interim IT Financial Analyst:

• Facilitate day-to-day invoicing procedures, such as the invoice approval process and invoice escalations (internally and externally to vendors);
• Provide invoice overviews to stakeholders including changes and expectations for the next period;
• Work closely with internal Legal and Finance teams to facilitate and optimize vendor onboarding and purchasing/invoicing processes plus ensure correct high level costs allocation;
• Improve spending visibility for management and trading desks by reporting on KPIs and renewals and maintaining a structured overview of paid expenses and upcoming costs.
