Senior Financial Manager

Task & Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for all financial management activities for a client portfolio.
• Under your responsibility, the daily financial activities are carried out and the periodic financial (management) reports are drawn up and delivered.
• Input is provided centrally from the back office and/or in our shared service centre. If necessary, this input is checked by the budget holders after which the Senior Financial Manager can start carrying out the work. You are therefore not only in contact with clients, but also with direct colleagues and colleagues from other disciplines.
• Not only your financial knowledge will be called upon, but also your management/people skills to receive all information in time, so that you can perform your work correctly.
• The Yardi Voyager system is mainly used for these activities.
• As a Senior Financial Manager you work process-oriented. This way you optimize work processes and automate your reporting activities. Together with the account teams, you as a Senior Financial Manager are proactively responsible for optimizing the value of the clients' real estate.

Who are you:

• An HBO diploma in Business Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration, MER, or another financial discipline;
• 5+ years of experience with independent financial administration;
• You get energy from optimizing and automating financial processes;
• Good communicative skills;
• You work accurately and are proactive;
• A good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
