Do you have solid experience as a Financial Controller within the real estate/ housing corporation industry and do you want to make the next step? Then make sure to read along! For a large housing corporation from Amsterdam, I am looking for a new addition to the finance team on interim basis. You will directly report to the Finance Manager and contribute to optimising the annual planning process.
Your daily doing
• Assist in preparing key business and financial (management) information. This applies to periodic, as well as ad hoc requests;
• Assist in monitoring and reporting of company wide KPI’s (dash boarding);
• Budgetting for all departments (annual plan + tracking current vs budget);
• Work together closely with other departments on relevant projects;
• Process and summarise large data sets into information that can be presented to the management.
Your Profile
• Academic degree in Finance or Economics;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both English and Dutch
Preferred experience
• PowerBI and SAP
• Experience within Real Estate/ Financial Servces
