Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the General Ledger (GL) accounting function in the Amsterdam office while serving as the key liaison with the finance team at headquarters. Key Responsibilities
• Review financial accounts prepared by property managers, operators, and outsourced agents for a portfolio of assets and the management company.
• Prepare financial statements for audits, manage tax matters, budgeting, and forecasting, and conduct credit reviews for potential tenants and suppliers.
• Contribute to the implementation of MRI for European entities.
Requirements
• Qualified accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in financial operations.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English to effectively liaise with the headquarters.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with SAP or MRI systems is a plus.
