Group Risk Manager IT & Data

Tasks & Responsibilities
• As a Group Risk Manager you are part of the Group Risk and Compliance department.
• You are driven to become acquainted with new technologies and related control issues that an IT-Data driven organization has to deal with (eg Agile/DevOps, Data quality, Big Data migrations, etc.);
• The team, of more than 35 professionals. From this position we have a unique view behind the scenes and we are able to establish connections. No working day is the same.
• From a second-line risk management perspective, the department supports the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, management boards and management of the various business units in achieving the (strategic) objectives and the implementation of integrated risk management.
• You have knowledge and experience with IT / Data audits and/or IT / Data related risk management frameworks (DNB RSA IB, ISO, Cobit, NIST, DAMA-DMBok);
• Your field of work is broad and varied, where you have a great responsibility since your opinion matters.
• As a professional you are a strong personality with sufficient self-reliance, you take ownership and you dare to take a stand. Analytically strong and professionally critical.

Who are you:
• 2-8 years of experience in a position within (2nd line) risk management in the field of IT & Data, internal audit or as an accountant or consultant,
• You have risk experience within various IT and/or Data environments.
• The ability to quickly learn new things and independently maintain a portfolio of activities from planning and organization to completion;
• A hands-on and proactive attitude, with which you can connect, combined with a high degree of organizational sensitivity and you can quickly form an overall picture of current topics;
• You are a strong communicator in word and writing;
• Finally, you have a sense of humour and of course you have integrity.
