German Customer Service

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the customer service team by managing a variety of tasks. This includes handling invoicing procedures and administrative duties. Your responsibilities will also require close collaboration with customers and colleagues across different functions.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Processing (invoicing) orders
- Handling incoming e-mails and calls
- Proactively communicating with internal & external customers
- Investigating and resolving invoicing issues and disputes
- Logging and follow up of issue resolution and related communication back to the customer
- Take responsibility for executing tasks and supporting colleagues across a number of complex areas / processes and queries
- Work with your colleagues to effectively organise and prioritise the tasks within your specific areas
- Working collaboratively with other functions and divisions on cross-functional or customer specific topics
- Assist in supporting and training more junior colleagues
- Act as a mentor for more junior customer service representatives
Education / Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Further education in a relevant discipline is a plus
Experience / Skills:
- Expertise in order management or contact center skills is a plus;
- Understanding of Customer Service process flows
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet is a plus;
- Speak + write German and English fluently.

Offer:
- Salary 2500-2600 euro gross per month based on 40 hours;
- 40 hours per week;
- Working hybrid;
- Direct contract with the company.
