What you'll do:
- Support customers and transport suppliers across the globe;
- Perform quality checks and assess booking details;
- Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner via various channels;
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements;
- Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment.
What you bring:
- Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Comfortable with rotating shifts (including nights and weekends);
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working);
- Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

- Gross monthly salary of €2500–€2700 based on 36 hours/week;
- 7-month contract with base salary increase upon extension;
