What you'll do:

• Support customers and transport suppliers across the globe;
• Perform quality checks and assess booking details;
• Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner via various channels;
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements;
• Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring:

• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Comfortable with rotating shifts (including nights and weekends);
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working);
• Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Offer:

• Gross monthly salary of €2500–€2700 based on 36 hours/week;
• 7-month contract with base salary increase upon extension;
