A leading global innovator in high-tech electric mobility is seeking a Technical Customer Service Specialist to join their Amsterdam team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping the service experience for distributors, retailers, dealers, and end consumers across Europe. You will be at the heart of a company that is transforming how people move, working with cutting-edge products and collaborating with knowledgeable colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the performance of third-party repair centres within assigned countries, ensuring they meet agreed standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Support distributors and retailers by addressing service-related topics, including high-level agreements, process improvements, and daily repair cases.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information required to handle technical inquiries from partners and end users effectively.
  • Advise customers on technical queries related to innovative mobility products, providing clear guidance and timely follow-up.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate internal or external resources for resolution.
  • Communicate proactively with internal departments across Europe to coordinate responses and share critical product information.
  • Develop and implement standards and processes that continuously elevate the overall service experience for all stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations related to service delivery, ensuring operational excellence at every stage.
  • Monitor customer feedback, concerns, complaints, and other product-related questions to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information flow and consistent customer satisfaction.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification demonstrating strong analytical abilities.
  • At least three years’ experience in a customer service or related role within a technical environment.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with third parties such as distributors or retailers in a collaborative manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service principles combined with practical experience handling complex queries.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn about new products and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures relevant to service management roles.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgement in challenging situations.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) enabling effective communication across multicultural teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, scheduling, and documentation purposes.
  • Strong organisational skills allowing you to manage schedules efficiently and prioritise competing tasks appropriately.
