Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join their Inside Sales department. This role is pivotal in handling and analysing customer requests, providing tailored solutions that enhance profitability, increase turnover, and strengthen customer loyalty. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and responding to inquiries on both commercial and technical levels.

What you'll do:

As a Customer Support Representative fluent in German, your role will be central to maintaining strong customer relationships by delivering the best possible technical and commercial solutions. You'll handle a variety of tasks from managing incoming calls and emails to collaborating with various departments for seamless order processing. Your commitment to service quality improvement will directly contribute to enhanced customer satisfaction.

  • Provide comprehensive support for all technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and other departments
  • Collaborate with Order Entry, Logistics, and Finance departments to facilitate accurate deliveries
  • Create and activate customer accounts on the online platform
  • Manage customer returns, complaints, and issue resolution efficiently
  • Continuously work on service quality improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM of customer interactions, orders, and service requests

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Representative role is someone who is fluent in both German and English. You should have familiarity with CRM systems, Power BI, and AX software. Your strong communication skills coupled with an active listening ability will enable you to excel in this role. A service-minded individual with a focus on the customer's needs, you possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Your adaptability makes you a valuable team player who can collaborate effectively across departments. Lastly, your attention to detail ensures accuracy when handling customer information and orders.
