Sales Support

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Support professional to join their dynamic team in Zuid-Beijerland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within an international company, offering a competitive salary between €3,500 and €4,100. You will have the chance to work within a vibrant team where there is ample room for personal input. Initially, this position is temporary, but with good performance, there are opportunities for longer-term employment.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Supporting the Export Manager with various sales support/administrative tasks
• Managing your own customer portfolio
• Coordinating the private label packaging development process
• Preparing quotations and creating presentations
• Ensuring export compliance for products
• Requesting samples from factories for worldwide customers and managing related administrative tasks
• Handling customer complaints

Who are you

The ideal candidate for this Sales Support role is a customer-oriented individual with an affinity for the food industry. You should possess HBO level of work and thinking along with proven experience in a similar role. Knowledge of laws and regulations outside Europe would be advantageous. Fluency in English both spoken and written is essential as well as possession of driving license B since the location is in Zuid-Beijerland. As a structured self-starter, you should be administratively skilled with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across various locations.

• Knowledge of laws and regulations outside Europe is a plus
• Fluency in English both spoken and written, knowledge of other languages are a plus (Spanish in particular)
