Role Overview
As a Partner Accountancy practice (MKB), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the SME practice. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial accountant who thrives on leadership, business development, and high-quality financial advisory. You will lead teams, develop new service offerings, and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders in the SME sector. Your expertise will contribute to further growing the firm's market presence while ensuring top-tier service quality. Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth within the SME accounting practice by developing and executing strategic plans.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire accounting teams to achieve high performance and client satisfaction.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and expand the network by identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in financial reporting and advisory services.
- Represent the firm in the local business community and professional networks.
Candidate Requirements
- Registered RA or AA Accountant.
- Proven track record in building and managing a successful SME practice within accounting firm.
- Authorised to sign off annual statements
- Extensive network within the Utrecht business community.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop professionals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Dutch fluency is a must.
