Accountant P2P

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant P2P to join our client in Hoofddorp. If you have a passion for numbers, strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

• Process and reconcile bank transactions
• Accurately and efficiently book incoming invoices
• Prepare and file VAT returns for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
• Manage environmental contribution filings for the Netherlands and Belgium, including audits for RecyBEM and Recytyre
• Prepare and process direct debits
• Oversee and maintain the company vehicle fleet
• Assist with various administrative and accounting tasks as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities and back up colleagues when required

What you bring:

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping or financial administration is essential
• Dutch speaking
• Knowledge of VAT filings and financial regulations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are required
• Experience with Exact or similar accounting software is beneficial
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
