Billing Analyst

What you'll do:

As an Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing invoicing and AR subledger for contracts within your assigned scope of entities. Your role will involve close monitoring of various billing types, ensuring they are billed as required. You will also process and deliver customer invoices in line with contractual terms. Your ability to maintain the accuracy of the AR subledger will be crucial. Additionally, you will respond to customer billing inquiries, coordinate contract setup with the revenue recognition team, and participate in monthly closing activities.

• Ensure contractual data is correctly entered in the ERP system
• Monitor usage-based billing, occasional use billing, and other billing types
• Process and deliver customers’ invoices consistent with contractual terms and conditions
• Maintain accuracy of the AR subledger
• Respond to customers’ billing inquiries
• Coordinate contract set up and billing plan correctness with revenue recognition team
• Participate in monthly closing activities

Profile

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Billing Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in finance or economics, backed by a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university. You have spent at least five years working with ERP and CRM systems like SAP and MSD Dynamics. Your thorough knowledge of SAP and MS suite will be invaluable in this role. You are known for your superior problem-solving skills and your ability to meet tight deadlines. Furthermore, your ability to thrive in a multicultural environment makes you an excellent fit for our diverse team.

• Thorough knowledge of SAP and MS suite (Excel, World, PowerPoint, Power Automate)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics from a recognized university
• Five or more years of working experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, MS Dynamics etc.)
