Our client is seeking a dedicated Controller to join their dynamic team. As a Controller, you will play a crucial role in improving the planning and control cycle in the dynamic sector, helping the organisation achieve its objectives.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for reporting (historical and future-oriented) for one of the business units
• Improve the quality and depth of reporting through discussions with the business unit manager
• Provide advice and act as a financial sparring partner for the business unit manager
• Monthly reporting to the parent company in Prague, including historical figures, a forecast for the next 2 years, and non-financial KPIs
• Perform various analyses on consolidated reported financial information
• Involved in creating annual accounts and answering questions from external auditors regarding your areas of responsibility

What you bring:

• Proven knowledge of business control processes and financial accounting
• Strong affinity for preparing financial reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is pré
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Completed study in Accountancy, Controlling or Bedrijfseconomie (WO)
