To support this growth, the organization is strengthening its Commercial Finance team with a professional who can translate financial and commercial data into actionable insights.

Role Overview

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support strategic and operational decision-making by providing financial insights that help optimize commercial performance.

You will work at the intersection of Finance, Business Control and Data Analytics, supporting pricing decisions, analysing profitability drivers and developing reporting that enables the business to make better decisions.

A key part of the role is understanding how pricing structures, telecom revenue models and customer profitability impact business performance. Through financial analysis, business cases and data-driven insights, you will help the organization improve margins and support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial & Pricing Analysis

• Analyse pricing structures, product profitability and margin drivers
• Perform cost and margin analysis to support optimal pricing decisions
• Provide financial insights for pricing strategies and commercial initiatives
• Build commercial business cases to support growth initiatives and investment decisions
• Analyse customer profitability and revenue drivers

• Business Control & Financial Planning

• Support strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare management reporting, variance analysis and financial performance insights
• Monitor and manage cost center budgets
• Support the business with financial analysis that improves EBITDA and commercial performance

• Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and improve reporting and KPI dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
  • Optimize financial models and analytical tools in Excel
  • Translate large datasets into clear financial insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support continuous improvement of data-driven decision making

• Business Partnering

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, BI and Finance teams
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving business performance

Whom We Are Looking For

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar
• Around 4–6 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Control or Financial Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience analysing pricing structures, profitability and commercial performance
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling experience
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to work with large datasets and develop meaningful KPI reporting
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluent in English, Dutch is an advantage
