• Oversight of finance operations and reporting processes
• Delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis frameworks
• Performance reviews and financial insights for management
• Coordinating financial processes across departments
• Supporting or leading finance transformation initiatives
• Acting as an expert counterpart to CFOs, audit partners, or project leads

Your Profile

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience
• Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS; US GAAP is beneficial
• Comfortable operating as an independent professional
• Strong communicator with advisory skills
• RA / CPA / ACCA is a plus
• Available for project‑based work within the Randstad
