Companies in Amsterdam region regularly require short‑term reinforcement from experienced independent Accounting Managers. Assignments are often related to transitions, system upgrades, leave coverage, or process optimization.

Typical Assignment Activities

Assignments may include delivering:

• Oversight of daily accounting processes
• Month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end reporting cycles
• Financial statements under Dutch GAAP, with exposure to IFRS/US GAAP
• Enhancements to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Audit preparation and coordination
• Support in ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of accounting/controlling experience
• Track record as Accounting Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of Dutch GAAP; IFRS or US GAAP is an advantage
• Able to operate independently and manage deliverables
• Available for 40-hour interim assignments in the Randstad
