Revenue Accounting Manager

The organization is seeking an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to lead revenue accounting and billing operations in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. This role will own the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, scalable billing processes, and strong financial controls.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Revenue Accounting & Close

• Own revenue recognition in accordance with applicable standards, including contract review and technical assessments
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly close of revenue, deferred revenue, and related accounts
• Maintain and improve revenue accounting policies, ensuring consistency and compliance

Billing Operations

• Own and optimize the Order‑to‑Cash process, including order management, billing, invoicing, and collections
• Manage and improve billing operations within the organization’s billing platform, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and automation
• Partner closely with Sales and operational teams to ensure accurate contract setup, pricing, and invoicing
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and process breakdowns
• Help bring structure and clarity to a fast‑evolving commercial environment

Systems, Controls & Compliance

• Act as subject matter expert for the internal billing system, driving enhancements and best practices
• Ensure strong internal controls across revenue recognition and billing processes
• Support external audits, including preparation of revenue‑related documentation and audit requests
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation for contracts, policies, and processes
• Ensure end‑to‑end financial integrity across the Order‑to‑Cash cycle

Your knowledge and experience

• 5–10 years of accounting experience with a strong focus on revenue accounting in a SaaS business
• Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise billing or ERP systems is preferred
• Data‑oriented and workflow‑driven with a proven track record of improving processes
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
