Head of Group Financial Reporting – International Group
At an international, fast-growing organization with over 1,000 employees across 11 countries, efficiency and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will lead group-level financial reporting, auditing, and control processes. You will ensure compliance with IFRS standards and collaborate closely with finance teams across our international offices.
This strategic role offers you the opportunity to streamline processes, improve reporting, and enhance control functions across the organization. We are looking for someone with a solid background in financial control or audit who can elevate reporting standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidations

Prepare and review financial reports from regional offices

Ensure compliance with IFRS standards

Strengthen internal controls across the organization

Lead the group audit process, prepare the annual report, and liaise with external auditors

Identify opportunities to improve accounting and reporting efficiency

Implement best practices in financial controls across the group

Collaborate with finance teams across multiple international regions

Manage and coach colleagues from a functional perspective

WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for an ambitious, independent, and proactive professional who takes charge and stays in control. With several years of experience under your belt, you are ready to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team and support the company's strategic financial goals.
You also bring:

At least 5 years of experience in financial control and financial reporting, preferably gained in an accounting firm with international clients

In-depth knowledge of IFRS and group reporting standards

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

CPA (or equivalent certification) is preferred
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-
Any experience with tools like PowerBI, Lucanet, and Exact is a plus
-
A keen interest in technology to optimize day-to-day efficiency
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with management on financial matters

Fluency in English, with Dutch being a plus
