Financial Controller

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will contribute to informed, data-driven decision-making. Your tasks and responsibilities

• Perform monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial closings.
• Support the accounting team with statutory audit deliverables and related documentation.
• Provide insightful analyses and ad hoc reports to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to ensure compliance and minimize financial risk.
• Drive automation initiatives and improve reporting by translating complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators, benchmarking performance against relevant industry standards.
• Support the development of sustainability reporting, ensuring alignment between financial, operational, and non-financial data.

Your knowledge and experience

• A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in business control or financial control.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to process large volumes of information and draw accurate conclusions.
• An open-minded attitude and a strong drive for continuous learning and professional development.
• A hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive “can-do” attitude and a desire to exceed expectations.
