The EMEA activities are coordinated from its European headquarters in the Netherlands, covering areas such as sales, distribution, service operations, and product development.

Your department / team

As an FP&A Controller, you will play an essential role in executing strategy and driving performance improvements across the EMEA region. You will provide reliable and insightful financial analyses that enable senior stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

In this position, you act as a trusted financial partner to leadership, supporting both long-term strategy and day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous enhancements in reporting processes, financial planning, scenario analysis, and business case evaluation.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Design and develop KPIs and performance reports, delivering actionable insights for monthly reviews, forecasts, and planning processes
• Strengthen the consistency, accuracy, and transparency of key financial metrics from detailed transaction data through to consolidated reporting
• Evaluate business performance and translate financial deviations, trends, and external factors into clear recommendations
• Track ongoing improvement initiatives while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and key trade-offs
• Take ownership of the forecasting cycle and drive enhancements through benchmarking and variance analysis
• Act as a strategic advisor and discussion partner for finance leadership and key stakeholders on planning and performance-related topics

Your knowledge and experience

You are an experienced finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and the confidence to work independently within a complex, international environment:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related discipline
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert findings into actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to challenge viewpoints and influence senior stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with ERP and financial consolidation systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership, critical thinking, and a focus on continuous improvement
