For an international client in the Fashion industry I am looking for a Good administrator. The focus is on accounts payable but since it is in a Fashion Retail environment the Good administration experience is a very big pre. You will work closely with another senior that has the same tasks. The main language within this comapny is English, however quite some people speak Dutch aswell just like the colleague you will work closely with.
The company is based in Almere and they work hybrid. You will have a broad range of tasks since you will also focus on inventory management. It is a good addition if you would like to learn some more and if you are looking for a bit more variety in your main tasks. Formally you report to the Teamleader GA & AP, but you will also have regular informal contact with your other colleagues from the Finance Department
Tasks & responsibilities
- Follow company processes, controls and policies (sox compliance)
- Processing Trade & Freight invoices in SAP
- Reconciliation of received goods with trade invoices
- Maintaining master data of vendors in SAP
- Receive invoices, perform the necessary validation, invoice booking and execute transactions both timely and accurately (incl invoice on hold, invoice aging, pre payments reports)
- Perform AP Bank reconciliation
- Resolve issues, serve as resource in troubleshooting complex cases and insure that problems are responded in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors facilities and colleagues
- Inventory management: process and report
Skills & Education
- Knowledge of SAP is a big pre
- Experience within a Retail environment is a must
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Experience in accounts payables, reconciliations and financial operations;
- Great Excel skills
- Quick learner with a ‘can do’ mentality;
- Resident around almere
- Available 32-40 hours a week
