For an international people oriented company in Rotterdam we are looking for a data savvy International Sales Controller. Your department/team
In this role you will report to the Director Controlling and have a strong relation with the Director International Sales whom you advise on business decisions. You will be part of a team of four controllers but will have your own specialisation and division to work for. The company is a people oriented company with strong values but never forgetting the commercial goals. The team is built of ambitios and hard working collegues.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Sparring partner of Area Managers and Marketing for their International Sales Department
- Gathering market information
- Turnover analyses (customer, product, channel, etc.) and margin analyses (including price developments)
- Sparring partner for businessplan and budget / latest estimates
Your experience and knowledge
- At least a Bachelor in Finance;
- Several years of working experience in controlling
- Analytical and figured based point of view
- Good communicative skills and an excellent command of the English language
- Pro active; entrepreneur and data / IT savvy
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel is nice to have
