Business Controller

An international manufacturing company in the Eindhoven area is looking for a Business Controller to join their team! The Business Controller is responsible for providing management information and coordinating the planning & control cycle, being a key player in moving the business forward through timely and accurate data. Your responsibilities:

• Design and provide timely and accurate management information and reports.
• Coordinate planning & control cycle, including the forecasting- and budgeting process.
• Continuous improvement of the forecasting tool.
• Bench marking of the factories (profitability analysis, costs bench marking).
• Train and support local (plant or regional) controllers during the forecasting and budgeting cycle.
• Critically analyse information and translate it in useful advice, improvement proposals and conclusions for management.
• Perform quarterly forecasting process.
• Perform CAPEX reports with specific attention to ESG projects.
• Perform benchmark analysis in and outside the organisation.
• Design and maintain operational reports.
• Prepare quarterly SOX controls.
• Adhere to company policies and processes (including change control, security, corporate policies and/or US GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley 404).

Your profile:
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Good communication skills and hands-on approach.
• Data driven and relevant experience with data analytics.
