Business Controller

Our client, an international company based in the North-Limburg area, is seeking a Business Controller with a minimum of 3 years of experience in controlling and a Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will have affinity with IT-systems and likes to work in an international environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial and strategic support to the business unit and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and forecasts;
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making;
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal controls;
• Assist with the development and implementation of business strategies;
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements;
• Support the annual budget process

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or comparable courses;
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling or a related field;
• Affinity with IT-systems, including Excel and financial reporting software;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience working in an international environment is preferred;
• Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken word
