International SAP Consultant

This role is based in Eindhoven, but you will be working for multiple entities in Northern Europe. *please note that we do not provide sponsorship for this role*

Project Management

• Manage SAP-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure SAP solutions meet their requirements. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that SAP systems adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP modules and ensure they are aligned with business needs. Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through SAP functionalities. Develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems. Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams to resolve them promptly.
• Training and Documentation: Train staff on SAP functionalities and best practices. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry, particularly in fence solutions.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
