Your tasks and responsibilities

As an Experienced Plant Controller, you’ll work closely with the Site Controller. You’ll play a key role in the month-end closing process. Your responsibilities include preparing management reports and analyses, providing stakeholders with essential insights (both financial and non-financial) to make informed decisions. You’ll act as the primary financial business partner for cost analysis and variance analysis related to unit operations. Measuring and analyzing business drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs) against targets will be part of your role. Additionally, you’ll step in for the site controller during his absence.

Your experience and knowledge

Strong financial acumen and attention to detail are essential for this role. You should have a bachelor or academic level of education. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in an international production environment. They are looking for a team player with excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written) is necessary, along with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP. This is a full-time position that can be partially fulfilled through remote work. The Finance team consists of 6 members, and you’ll report to the Site Controller.
