Your tasks and responsibilities

• The Planning & Control cyclus. You lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, reporting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Actively contribute to financial strategies and policy-making, and translate these strategies into operational plans.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain compliance and mitigate financial risks. You ensure compliance with legal requirements and accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators, and present findings to executive stakeholders.
• Manage and prepare the Annual Accounts for all legal entities. Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
  

Your experience and knowledge

• Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent.
• RA accreditation.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in financial management (preferably in Group Control ).
• Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
