Manager Accounting and Reporting

For an international manufacturing group, located in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Manager Accounting and Reporting. Do you have a Big 4 background and (preferably) also work experience after? Please keep reading.

A large international group of building materials businesses is looking for a manager for their Accounting and Reporting team. The reason we are recruiting for this position is because the current manager has made a promotion.

Description

The job

• You will be responsible for the statutory reporting team of the European holding company
• Preparations of annual reports in compliance with IFRS
• Coordinate and manage the external audit process
• Be the partner for top level management to facilitate decision making
• Continually improving processes related to reporting

Who we are looking for

• Someone with a background in one of the Big 4 companies;
• ACCA/RA/CA or an equivalent;
• Strong accounting and IFRS knowledge;
• Minimal of 6 years of work experience;
• Excellent skills in English, speaking and writing;
• Someone who is a self-starter, able to work with deadlines and who is solution-oriented.
