Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Manager to lead a team of dedicated finance professionals in Amsterdam. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your expertise in US GAAP and SAP within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What you'll do:
As an Interim Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards. You will also be tasked with implementing and managing SAP systems to streamline financial processes. Furthermore, you will develop and implement strategic financial plans to support organisational growth. Collaboration with other departments is key to ensure accurate financial reporting. Lastly, you will identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

* Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment
* Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards
* Implement and manage SAP systems to streamline financial processes
* Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support organisational growth

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Interim Finance Manager position brings proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a fast-paced environment. You possess strong knowledge of US GAAP standards and have experience implementing these within an organisation. Experience with SAP systems, including implementation and management, is essential. Your excellent leadership skills allow you to nurture and develop teams effectively. You demonstrate strong strategic planning abilities with a focus on financial growth. Additionally, your exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across departments.

* Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a fast-paced environment
* Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards and experience implementing these within an organisation
