Interim FP&A Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic FP&A Specialist to join the finance team of a large retail organisation in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving financial strategy and supporting the mission to align profitability with purpose. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights and analysis to inform key business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with various departments to create budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and present insights to drive strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for executive leadership.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
