Our client, Zeelandia, is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Controller to join their team in Zierikzee. This role offers an attractive salary range of €70-80k. What you'll do:
As a Corporate FP&A Controller at Zeelandia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain the management reporting system, ensuring that all information from all countries is available and processed in time for reports to Executive Board (EB), Global Management Team (GMT), and Supervisory Board. You will also be tasked with supporting management and subsidiaries throughout the reporting cycle. This includes collecting and analysing data using pre-set tools, methods, and formats. Furthermore, you will monitor the application of financial standards across all subsidiaries. Your keen eye for detail will enable you to identify deviations and trends swiftly. In such instances, you will coordinate with your manager to propose necessary adjustments.
- Set up and maintain the corporate reporting system to ensure timely and accurate management reporting.
- Safeguard integrity of system setup and data.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Corporate FP&A Controller position at Zeelandia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in finance or economics. With a Master's degree under your belt, you have spent 5-7 years honing your skills in a relevant field. You are no stranger to management-reporting- or consolidation-systems, preferably Tagetik. ERP system in the Netherlands is Infor M3, but other systems are also used in the countries such as SAP. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail make you a valuable asset in identifying deviations and trends. You are an excellent communicator, capable of providing both solicited and unsolicited advice to management teams across various countries. Furthermore, your ability to contribute to improvements in corporate controlling processes sets you apart.
- Master's degree in finance or economics.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Key-user experience with management-reporting- and consolidation-systems (preferably Tagetik).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to give solicited and unsolicited advice.
- Ability to contribute to improvements in corporate controlling processes.
Package
- Gross anual salary: €70,000 - €80,000 per year (incl. 8% holiday pay and 13th month).
- Non-contributory pension.
- Working from home 2 days a week incl. home work allowance of € 2.15 net per day.
- Health insurance contribution €45.70 gross.
- 25 holidays and 11.5 days ADV.
