For this international company within financial services I am looking for a responsible and independent HR Manager. Are you decisive and do you have the fix it mentality to support this office in Amsterdam?
Do you have a clear vision on HR policy? Do you want to use your energy to support the entrepreneurial strategy with HR? For this financial services company I am looking for an HR Manager with leadership qualities and persuasiveness. In this entrepreneurial, ambitious and energetic environment you ensure the right in and outflow and an inspiring HR policy. In this position you report directly to the board and you are a business partner for the management within the organization.
You will advise, inspire and challenge management and employees proactively on HR themes and actively contribute ideas on developments and the integrated approach to business issues and on the development and implementation of new HR policies.
Professionalises and sets up the HR department
Develops HR policy and ensures the implementation
Business Partner for Management on HR themes concerning inflow and outflow
Contributes to the organization-wide attitude and culture programs that result from strategic objectives
Proactively initiates improvements in line with the corporate strategy
Ensures up-to-date knowledge of law and regulations in the field of labour law, pensions, working conditions, sickness absence and social insurance
Implement training and development initiatives, as determined in short and long-term plans or as need arises
Supports recruitment and selection of new employees
Development and training of individual employees and teams
Coaches managers with implementing personnel policy
Track and manage absenteeism, understanding root causes and implementing policies or practices to improve attendance
Maintain employee records and files to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- In possession of an master degree
- Minimal three years of experience in a similar position
- Fluently in Dutch and English
- You’re an energetic sparring partner for the board and management
- An independent, strong personality with persuasiveness
- Customer-oriented, reliable, professional and entrepreneurial
- (Organizational) sensitive and a hands-on team player with good communication skills
- Available for 40 hours
