Legal Counsel

We are continuously looking for Legal Counsels and Contract Managers for various clients within the maritime industry. Whether it concerns complex construction projects, offshore installations or international collaborations – you play a key role in the legal and commercial success of the organization.

What you will do
• Advise on commercial contracts, partnerships and general terms and conditions.
• Support projects and negotiations with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Identify legal risks and contribute to internal compliance and governance.
• Assist with matters related to employment law, privacy, intellectual property or corporate law.
• Collaborate with external advisors and ensure a good balance between risk and business.

Who you are
• A completed university (Master’s) degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or Contract Manager, preferably within offshore, maritime, supply chain, or construction law.
• Experience with contract law, project documentation and international contract forms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Practical, solution-oriented and able to work independently within complex project structures.
• Affinity with technology and a commercial mindset.
