What will you do?

As our Legal Counsel you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal and regulatory framework of our company. You will be responsible for guiding our leadership team through complex legal landscapes, ensuring compliance with Dutch and EU regulations, and managing legal risks across all facets of our business. Key responsibilities and behaviors

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with Dutch and EU laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate interactions and services with/from external legal advisors towards the company and leadership.
• Oversee and manage legal risks associated with the company’s operations.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and ethical standards.
• Provide training and updates to internal teams on legal and regulatory developments.
