Your Responsibilities

- Strategically advising on legal and fiscal opportunities for our (potential) clients;
- Setting up and managing corporate and private legal structures;
- Evaluating our products and solutions;
- Acting as an intermediate between all relevant stakeholders internally and externally;
- Strengthen and sustain our reputation as a proactive provider in trust and corporate services.

Your Profile

- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dutch Law, ideally in Corporate or Commercial Law;
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Dutch;
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years (international) working experience within a regulated (Dutch) financial institution, law firm, or trust office;
- A team player with a positive critical and proactive attitude, a strong personality, and a “hands-on” mentality;
- Attention to detail, flexibility and very well organized;
- Comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, environment.
