Tasks & responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate, timely customer invoices

Check and verify incoming supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and prevent unjustified costs

Manage intercompany billing, disputes, and re-debits

Collaborate with operational and finance teams to standardize charge codes and tariffs

Analyze accounts to identify issues, minimize bad debt provisions, and improve profitability

Provide insights and recommendations to management on customer-level financial performance
Skills and education
- Completed education at MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in logistics, supply chain or finance

Proven experience in billing and invoicing, within logistics or shipping

Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus

Living in or near Rotterdam and available to start immediately on short notice
