Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate, timely customer invoices

• Check and verify incoming supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and prevent unjustified costs

• Manage intercompany billing, disputes, and re-debits

• Collaborate with operational and finance teams to standardize charge codes and tariffs

• Analyze accounts to identify issues, minimize bad debt provisions, and improve profitability

• Provide insights and recommendations to management on customer-level financial performance

Skills and education

• Completed education at MBO+ or HBO level, preferably in logistics, supply chain or finance

• Proven experience in billing and invoicing, within logistics or shipping

• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus

• Living in or near Rotterdam and available to start immediately on short notice
