About the Role

• As a Logistics Employee, you will support both back-office and outbound shipping processes.
• Your responsibilities include releasing orders on time, preparing shipping documentation, communicating with forwarders, and uploading data into carrier platforms.
• You will track and check inventory, make necessary stock adjustments, and ensure accurate reporting.
• This role also involves answering phone calls and emails, welcoming visitors, and assisting other departments with administrative and back-office tasks as needed.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Warehouse Team Leader, this full-time position is crucial to maintaining efficient logistics operations.
• You’ll help the team meet performance goals while following all health and safety regulations. The role is fast-paced, requires attention to detail, and offers opportunities to develop logistics and administrative expertise.

Who we are looking for

• We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or GED and strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.
• The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and works well under pressure.
• Dependability and attention to detail are crucial to ensure accurate shipping, stock control, and reporting.
• You must be able to perform repetitive tasks quickly, work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and sit or stand for extended periods.
• This role requires a collaborative team player who can also handle administrative responsibilities and interact professionally with suppliers, forwarders, and internal colleagues.
