About the Role

• As an Orderpicker, you are responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
• You will work closely with the warehouse team and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Your tasks include receiving and processing incoming goods, organizing stock, and moving pallets safely using warehouse equipment.
• This position is full-time, and the role has become available due to team expansion. What makes this role unique is the variety of products and the opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency of our logistics operations.
• You’ll also help maintain a clean and safe working environment while meeting individual and team performance goals.

Who we are looking for

• We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but your willingness to learn and reliability are just as important.
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced setting, lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• The ideal candidate is a team player who communicates well, follows instructions, and takes initiative when needed.
• These skills are crucial to ensure the smooth flow of warehouse operations and maintain high standards of efficiency and safety.
