What you'll do:
- Lead the design, standardisation, and ongoing enhancement of end-to-end procurement processes spanning Intake-to-Source, Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, and Procurement Risk Management.
- Develop compelling business cases for global procurement initiatives and take ownership of functional process design for new digital technologies as well as improvements to existing systems and reporting frameworks.
- Shape the architecture of global procurement solutions by taking a functional lead role in major development projects that drive operational excellence across multiple sites.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration among global procurement teams to promote best practice sharing and harmonisation of processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by supporting alignment between procurement objectives and broader business needs within a matrix manufacturing environment.
- Enable the deployment of standardised procurement processes and systems globally, ensuring architectural integrity and consistent application throughout the organisation.
- Champion digital procurement best practices by embedding modern ways of working that support continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
- Lead assigned projects from inception through delivery—including planning, budgeting, management oversight, and performance tracking—to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements to build capability and secure buy-in for process changes.
- Support compliance with quality standards such as ISO9001 through active involvement in internal and external audits.
What you bring:
- Your proven track record in managing complex procurement environments
- A minimum of five years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management within a complex multi-site environment is essential for success in this role.
- Deep expertise in core procurement processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Supplier Performance & Risk Management, as well as compliance frameworks such as ISO9001 is required.
- Demonstrated analytical capability with strong interest in process design, systems optimisation, and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
- Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions with both internal teams and external partners is important for building engagement around process changes.
- Proven ability to navigate cross-functional dependencies while aligning process improvements with enterprise-wide priorities is crucial.
- Hands-on approach combined with adaptability; comfortable operating amid ambiguity in a regulated environment while maintaining momentum on key initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills paired with project management experience enable you to deliver results on time and within budget constraints.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with a growth mindset; willing to stretch beyond comfort zones by trying new approaches focused on outcomes rather than activity alone.
- Experience in Procurement Quality including conducting internal/external audits adds significant value to your profile.
