Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between sales, logistics, and production teams — helping to streamline workflows, monitor inventory, and drive supply chain efficiency.

The Hoofddorp office functions as a key hub for operational coordination and European supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operational and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to OEM customers.

Manage and process customer orders from start to finish, maintaining close alignment with internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with logistics, production, and demand planning teams to optimize supply chain performance.

Monitor inventory levels and anticipate potential shortages or bottlenecks.

Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports to identify areas for improvement.

Support projects aimed at process optimization and cost reduction.

Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding supply chain status, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

Assist in onboarding and training new team members in operational procedures and systems.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, supply chain planning, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive setting.

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong advantage.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.

Fluent in English (Dutch and/or another European language is a plus).
