With multiple production sites, R&D centers, and regional offices across Europe, the company serves a wide range of customers — from major automotive OEMs to aftermarket partners — ensuring quality, reliability, and continuous improvement throughout the value chain.

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between sales, logistics, and production teams — helping to streamline workflows, monitor inventory, and drive supply chain efficiency.

The Hoofddorp office functions as a key hub for operational coordination and European supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational and supply chain activities, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to OEM customers.

  • Manage and process customer orders from start to finish, maintaining close alignment with internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with logistics, production, and demand planning teams to optimize supply chain performance.

  • Monitor inventory levels and anticipate potential shortages or bottlenecks.

  • Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Support projects aimed at process optimization and cost reduction.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding supply chain status, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members in operational procedures and systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations coordination, supply chain planning, or logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive setting.

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a strong advantage.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, international environment.

  • Fluent in English (Dutch and/or another European language is a plus).
