Operational Excellence Manager

The role

As an Operations Business Analyst, you will join the central operations planning and performance team and work closely with senior operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The role focuses on improving operational performance through analysis, performance visibility, and data-driven decision-making.

You will be responsible for analysing operational data, supporting budgeting and strategic planning, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational performance and identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with data and finance teams

• Build business cases and provide analytical support for operational and strategic decisions

• Monitor budgets, targets, and key performance indicators

• Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and efficiency

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or a comparable analytical role

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheets

• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with physical or operational environments is considered a plus
